Established in 2019 by owner Richard Ockelford, SCP now employs a small team of highly skilled and experienced metal polishers with over 30 years of experience amongst them.

Caterham Race Exhaust
A short video illustrating the various stages required to attain a high mirror finish, demonstrated here on a stainless steel Caterham 7 exhaust system. The footage shows the stainless steel tube is heavily tarnished with heat scale, colour, scratches, dings and tar deposits. This is where the initial sanding process is vital to enable a high mirror polished finish, sanding metal takes skill and patience as incorrect techniques may lead to additional damage & a poor finish.
